Gardner Family Farm is hiring for a full time farm manager to join our team! This individual will work closely with the farm owners to manage daily operations, care for livestock, support market activities, and help maintain and improve farm infrastructure.
This is a hands-on role ideal for someone passionate about regenerative agriculture who is eager to learn, and capable of working both independently and as part of a team. Aspiring farmers and persons looking for an understanding of regenerative farm business management are encouraged to apply.
