Environmental sustainability, social change that advances equity and opportunity, and civic engagement are essential for a healthy and resilient region. GrazeHers Workshops & Field Days

 A women-led grazing experience where learning is supportive, practical, and empowering. GrazeHERs is a welcoming, hands-on grazing education experience designed for women at every stage of livestock and pasture management — from just getting started to refining an established operation.

Organic Apple Orchard Academy

 The Organic Apple Orchard Academy is a virtual event happening the evenings of February 9th, 11th, 16th and 18th, 2026 from 4:30-7:30 PM Central Time. Register by February 8, 2026.

Tribal Garden Assistant Position with Prairie Island Indian Community

Prairie Island Indian Community is seeking a Tribal Garden Assistant to assist the SHIP/Tobacco Grants Coordinator in food sovereignty initiatives such as tending/harvesting produce and medicines in the Cultural & Medicinal Garden and Community Vegetable Garden. The position will also assist the department in cultural education and outreach events related to active living, healthy eating, and commercial tobacco prevention.

 Light Dark Landscape is a sustainable landscape company with an emphasis on using native plants to create habitat for critters and humans as well as visually beautiful spaces.
