Maybe a suggestion for filling an information gap that is preventing the adoption of sustainable agriculture practices? If so, we want to hear from you! Submit ideas by June 15, 2026.

Microgrants for food businesses

The Market Entry Fund (TMEF) is offering microgrants, administered by Renewing the Countryside, for food business entrepreneurs to overcome systemic barriers to entry into the industry. Apply by July 1, 2026. 

Pollinator Habitat Technical Assistance for Farmers

Monarch Joint Venture in the Twin Cities metro area and Lower Minnesota River Valley are connecting with farmers wanting to boost wildlife on their land, improve water quality, increase farm profitability, or integrate native plants into their operation.

Climate-Friendly Agricultural Practices Incentive Payments Program

The Minnesota Department of Agriculture (MDA) is accepting applications for climate-friendly agricultural practices (CFAP) incentive payments. CFAP provides payments at a flat rate up to $10,000 for producers to implement a selection of sustainable agricultural practices with known, quantifiable greenhouse gas emission reductions.
