Preserving Food at Home online course
Whether you’re just getting started or have been preserving food for years, this course will enhance your knowledge of food safety and preservation. University of Minnesota Extension offers this online, self-paced course that covers general food preservation and safety concepts, as well as specialized training in canning, fruit preservation, pickling, fermentation, dehydration and freezing.
