CommonSpirit’s Community Investment Program (CIP) seeks to create healthier, more equitable communities by connecting and catalyzing financial resources to address social determinants of health.
Since 1990 the CIP has issued 386 loans and approved $454 million in funding for local communities. As of March 31, 2025, the portfolio consists of $263 million across 94 investments, representing support for 90 organizations or projects that address affordable housing, healthcare access, economic security, food and nutrition, child and maternal health, and other health-related social needs.
