A Place at the Table Lab (APAT Lab), a new initiative of the Lyson Center for Civic Agriculture and Food Systems (a nonprofit affiliate of Cornell University) is exploring the concept of American Agricultural Heritage Areas (AHAs)— a proposed place-based framework for recognizing, celebrating, conserving, and advancing the nation’s most distinctive agricultural landscapes and food systems.
