 Northwood Mushrooms is a small family farm near the Twin Cities that specializes in mushrooms, both log-grown and block-grown (indoor). We are looking for a renter for a house on our farm - ideally but not necessarily someone who'd like to farm on the adjoining organic acreage.

• We use a small amount of our certified organic 40 acres - with about 18 tillable and 5 pastured acres available for a modest amount per year. There is also well water access, mushroom compost, and lakeside access.  We also have space available in a high tunnel - with white plastic. Land is available immediately.
• A three bedroom, two bathroom house is available adjacent to this acreage - with an adjoining shed - for $1600/month - which includes utilities. Lease will most likely run from October 1st - September 30th.
