This survey is part of a research project is led by Dr. Patrick Baur at the University of Rhode Island (URI). Our goal is to better understand what growers need to help maintain or achieve compliance with both organic and food safety requirements. The survey will help inform design of our soil amendment risk assessment tool and associated training program.

This work is supported by a grant from the Organic Agriculture Research and Extension Initiative from the USDA National Institute of Food and Agriculture (Award Number: 2023-51300-40950). This research has been approved by The University of Rhode Island Institutional Review Board. For further information, visit our project website or contact Dr. Patrick Baur at pbaur@uri.edu.

Thank you for taking time out of your busy schedule to take this survey! Should you have any questions, please feel free to reach out to us at orei-questions-group@uri.edu.
