This role involves working primarily in sustainably farmed and regionally sourced frozen meat, baked goods, and prepared meals order fulfillment operations, with secondary tasks in delivery logistics and warehouse organization. The position offers the opportunity to impact local food systems and grow with the company.
TC Farm offers the best pasture raised and organic fed meats along with other artisan foods to around 3000 members in Minnesota. We are working to build a more resilient food system by collaborating with independent farmers and food makers throughout the region.
We are reimagining what is possible with our local food

supported by a substantial federal grant and over $1m in private investment. It

We are currently looking for a dependable and organized candidate to primarily support our freezer operations and delivery areas. This position would work in our warehouse space in Blaine, MN just 20 mins from downtown Minneapolis and St Paul off 35W. Shifts are Mon – Fri, averaging 8 hours a day depending on availability.

Responsibilities
Fantastic opportunity to help shape the operations of a
growing business! The day-to-day tasks support a larger mission to disrupt
traditional grocery and solve key issues in local food like access to
cold chain storage, delivery logistics, work-life balance, sustainable business
growth and more!
Freezer Operations (3.5 days/week):
- Assist
with Order picking Monday-Wednesday
- Handle
tasks related to the freezer on Fridays, including organization and
inventory management and creative problem solving.
Forklift and Receiving:
- Operate
a forklift to receive products and manage inventory (floor counts, stock
reports, verify overstock pallet quantities).
- SKU
organization and consolidation to maintain efficient storage and tracking.
- Receive
and move products for the dry and refrigerated areas.
Delivery and Logistics:
- Deliver
products on Tuesdays and Thursdays when needed.
- Support
logistics for the sourcing of products from local meat processors and
makers.[EC1]
- Drop
off vans for service when necessary.
Secondary Tasks:
- Support
other warehouse departments as needed
- Assist
in packing and labeling kitchen products.
- Support
with picking and packing dry/produce goods.
Job Qualifications:
- Reliability:
Must be consistently available to work with the freezer team at least 3.5
days per week.
- Work
Ethic: Able to demonstrate a proactive approach and eagerness to take on
responsibilities.
- Time
Management: Effective at managing time and working efficiently in a
fast-paced environment.
- Freezer
Experience: Comfortable working in sub-zero temperatures for extended
periods.
- Forklift
Certification: Able to operate a forklift or willing to be trained to be
certified.
- Organizational
Skills: Strong ability to manage inventory, SKUs, and organize stock
effectively.
- Physical
Ability: Capable of lifting and moving products as part of daily warehouse
and freezer tasks.
- Flexibility:
Willing to handle secondary tasks, including deliveries, packing, and van
drop-offs.
- Attention
to Detail: Able to accurately weigh samplers, organize overstock pallets,
and verify product quantities.
- Clean
driving record.
