Seeking someone to take over the garden. For about a decade I've been developing a no-till garden for growing vegetables. Located in Watertown, WI, it's just under an acre. I do not own, but the owners have given me permission to try to find someone to take over, as I am contemplating moving on to a new chapter.
This is a great opportunity for someone to start out small. Resources on site include storage for tools and supplies, electricity, basic irrigation, municipal compost right across the road, and a cellar for keeping produce cool. Use of a small hoophouse is negotiable. There is also the possibility of taking over the business, which consists of farmers markets sales and some wholesale. If interested contact me handtomouth@riseup.net ... If you know of someone who might be interested pass this on.
