I’m looking for reliable help on my farm sites starting April 2025, full-time and year-round. I have properties west of the twin cities, Farmington and Minnetonka areas. We need:
Farmers Market Crew
We’re looking for friendly, reliable individuals to run our farmers market booths. Ideal candidates are comfortable talking to strangers and providing excellent customer service, have strong math skills to quickly handle transactions, and can multitask in a fast-paced environment. The role requires physical capability to independently set up and break down the booth. If you’re outgoing, organized, and enjoy working with fresh, local food, we’d love to have you on our team!
- Work markets in and around the metro area - Saturday, Sunday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday
- Must have a vehicle that can transport product (mileage reimbursed) & insurance
- Hourly wage + CSA box
- Possible onsite housing in Farmington
Field Production Crew
These positions will be involved in all aspects of farm production, from planting and harvesting to packing our CSA and animal husbandry. We seek individuals with a strong work ethic, a passion for sustainable agriculture and ideally farming mechanical skills
- Harvest vegetables, flowers, and care for livestock
- Experience preferred but willing to train
- Work available up to 7 days a week (at least one weekend day required)
- Hourly wage + CSA box
- Possible onsite housing in Farmington
