Regulatory Affairs Food Product Development and Market Entry Course

This fall the College of Continuing and Professional Studies (CCAPS) at the University of Minnesota is once again offering our Regulatory Affairs Food Product Development and Market Entry Course. This course features instructors who are currently experts working in the field – they bring a wealth of dynamic, real-world experience.

Please pass this along to potential candidates. This course offers cost savings when taken as an entry non-degree course, which could eventually count toward a degree / certificate.

(Nondegree CCAPS General Education courses, including Applied Sciences Leadership (ASCL), cost $900/credit versus for-credit ASCL courses which cost $1,400. This means one 3-credit course taken as a nondegree student is a savings of $1,500. This is a great way to try out our courses and see if a certificate or the Master's in Public Service in the ASCL program might be right for an individual/employee.)
