Call for Exhibitors at Minnesota Organic Conference

Do you work with organic farmers or those interested in organic, sustainable, or regenerative practices? If so, exhibiting at the 2025 Minnesota Organic Conference is the perfect opportunity to connect with farmers, agricultural service providers, food industry professionals, and consumers – all with a shared focus on organic agriculture!

 Location: St. Cloud, MN

We’re excited to offer a range of sponsorships, advertisements, and booth options to help you make the most of this event! This year’s conference will feature:

• Locally and nationally renowned speakers
• 30+ breakout sessions focused on organic crop production, dairy, livestock, fruits and vegetables, marketing, and business
• Locally sourced organic food
• An 80-booth trade show with ample networking time

• Extended breaks, refreshments, and a Thursday evening reception all take place in the trade show area, ensuring high foot traffic.
• Participate in our Passport Card program to encourage attendees to visit your booth—visitors who complete the card will be entered to win free registration to the 2026 conference!

How to Register
Attached, you’ll find the 2025 pricing overview and tradeshow map. Here’s how to secure your spot:

1. Visit the Tradeshow & Sponsor Registration - 2025 MN Organic Conference page.  
2. Create an account.
3. Select your booth and sponsorship options.
4. Add program advertisements and/or a Passport Card listing.
5. Provide the following details:
• Organization name
• Contact details
• 25-word description of your products/services for our program
• Top three booth preferences (see attached floorplan)
• Electricity needs and any attendee dietary restrictions
6. Your booth registration includes one conference admission. Additional attendees can register through the Attendee Registration - 2025 MN Organic Conference.
7. Review your info and complete your registration.
8. Process payment via credit/debit card or ACH (save on fees with ACH!).

Prime booth locations are reserved for sponsors at the $1,000 level and above. Booths are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis, so register early!
