Minnesota SARE Grants

Minnesota SARE has two programs focused on professional development for Minnesota-based educators. Any agricultural professional is eligible. Due October 31, 2024.

  1. Our travel scholarship provides up to $500 to support costs for an educator to attend an event in order to learn about sustainable agriculture and share the learned information with a broader audience.

  2. Our mini grant provides up to $2,000 for educators to provide programming in sustainable agriculture to train other educators.

The application process is relatively easy and we will ask any questions about the application after submission. Deadlines for three rounds of applications each year are listed on the website. The next round is due October 31 for notification by November 15.
