The non-profit Urban Ventures (located in South Mpls) is looking to hire a Farm Manager to oversee vegetable production at our 5-acre farm in Lakeville, MN.
The candidate will be hired part-time 20 hr a week for the 2025 growing season, learning from the current Farm Manager before a promotion to a year-round, full-time Farm Manager beginning in January 2026. All members of the Urban Ventures Farm and Nutrition Program work closely together, engaging with the community through free farmstand markets, nutrition classes, hosting field trips, family events, and more.
