The USDA is Issuing $1.3 Billion to Specialty Crop Producers Through Second Marketing Assistance Program Payment — no need to apply again, those of you that took the time to apply for the first round and were approved will now receive a second payment from USDA! Congratulations!
There is NO need to go to your FSA office. You should expect to see your additional payment paid directly in your bank account.
