Director of Agricultural Resiliency Position with MBOLD
This is a key leadership position that will play a central role in shaping and executing MBOLD’s work to advance resiliency in Midwest agriculture. The role encompasses advancing adoption of soil health and water stewardship practices, development of markets and supply chains to enable more diverse and resilient agriculture systems, and risk management strategies for farmers. This leader will also engage in agriculture-adjacent areas of MBOLD’s new protein innovation initiative. The Director of Agricultural Resiliency will lead execution of MBOLD’s current portfolio and strategic development for what comes next as we mobilize the capabilities of MBOLD members and partners to deploy primarily market-based levers to foster greater resiliency on the agricultural landscape.
