Organic Valley is currently hiring a senior director of sustainability. They would be responsible for creating, implementing and directing CROPP’s Sustainability Program and Initiatives.
This is a hybrid role that requires you to collaborate onsite at their La Farge, WI or Cashton, WI office 4-8 days per month, and the rest of the time you can choose to work remotely or onsite. Duties include strategy design, execution and oversight for modeling, collecting and managing farm emissions data, serving as a technical lead for CROPPS’s climate smart farming initiatives, direct development, implementation and management of initiatives that improve the sustainability of CROPP’s member farms, and more.
