At Green Island in Wadena, MN we are interested in the idea of assisting a few new regenerative farmers in possibly innovative ways ....and therefore looking to reach out.
Primarily we realize that land prices have gone simply astronomical, plus it is tremendously difficult to find small plots anyway.
We feel we could create a Tiny House On Wheels Garden Community on part of our 60 acre forest inside the city specifically for a handful of highly earth-care based people and we would just like to visit with a few about needs and hopes.
The right folks would look like this..............
- A major emphasis on environmental stewardship and ambassadorship
- Wanting a home garden plot and perhaps a small commercial garden space
- Minimalist
- Happy to live in a small town and participate
- Presently owning or building a THOW
- Aspirations of homesteading and life on the land
We would simply like to be in conversation..........
